I'm Marie – a career coach, global marketing consultant and GenAI trainer, and the heart behind FUSE. I'm also a proud sister, wife, and mom of one. It's fantastic to connect with you, and a very warm welcome to my world – a place brimming with empowerment, inspiration, motivation, and a touch of fun.

I grew up in a quaint French village surrounded by vineyards, castles, and nature. Following my MBA in International Brand Marketing, I embarked on a journey that led me to the vibrant, eccentric, and creative streets of London, the city that stole my heart 17 years ago. During this incredible journey, I've fine-tuned my professional skills while working with big-name purpose-driven brands and startups in the tech and retail scenes. I've had the privilege of mentoring ambitious professionals from around the world, many of whom have gone on to shine in prestigious companies. My career has taken me from e-commerce to brand marketing and media planning, holding senior roles in international brands spanning fashion, publishing, and the exciting realm of online dating. My sweet spot? Scaling up businesses and talents. I've relished working across multiple international markets like the UK, France, Germany, Japan, Australia, China, and the US, immersing myself in new cultures, market quirks, and customer behaviours.

FUSE was born out of my desire to provide the support I longed for throughout my career. I recall the times when I felt the need to transform myself to fit in, battled imposter syndrome, worked on my mindset, and strived to uncover my unique talents – aspects rarely covered in textbooks. Recognising the significance of nurturing talent in our fast-paced world, I sensed a gap in structures designed for ambitious professionals, a void I was determined to help fill.

After nearly two decades of building brands and nurturing talent as a marketer, I felt the pull to go deeper into the human side of leadership and became a certified executive coach through iPEC, one of the world’s leading coaching institutes. Always curious about what’s next, I dove headfirst into the world of artificial intelligence, becoming a certified AI professional in early 2025. Now, I train and empower fellow marketers to harness AI not just as a tool, but as a transformative force in their strategy, creativity, and careers.
